I hope everyone had a wonderful Chirstmas! Mine went well .... This was Elise's first Christmas with us and I wanted it to be special! We visited lots of family and Ernie and I tried to get her a couple of pracitcal but nice gifts.... We don't believe extravagance is necessary.
So we wound up opening gifts on the 23rd, 24th, and 25th. So we got to have three days of Christmas. On Christmas day we went to my dad's and Elise got to meet my Uncle Buck, and My brothers and my Sisters-in-law. She also got to meet my Neices and Nephew.
We brought my neice Jessica home with us and have been having a good time spending time with her.
The little girls that I keep have been sick.. And on top of that my allergies have been working overtime since Christmas day at dad's ( they all smoke and I'm allergic).
Well I pray that you will have a Blessed New Year and may it be prosperous as well.

I have a prayer request for you
My best friends little boy Jacob had surgery this morning to fix a broken arm. He is 3 and is in a severe amount of pain..
Please pray for no more pain for this little guy. He recieved two pins in his right wrist and will have to be in a cast for a minimum of 6 weeks.
Otherwise the day is going well... the girls are down for a nap and I've been dinking around online... I need to get some work done but can't seem to get motivated today..
I've been reading alot of other blogs and have found many other women in my situation.. It is kind of comforting to know I'm not alone.
I hope to add some of the places I've been going to my little blog to share with you..

I knew it had to get better!
I just new it had to be better than it was last week...
I was so stressed out and all that I just couldn't sleep. I still haven't slept more than probably 3 hours a night. I just don't seem to be sleepy or maybe it is that I get so tired that I can't sleep.
With three kids in the house during the week and two of those being under 2 years old ...........well ......naptime for the little ones is a welcome time!
I have been praying about all the things happening in my life, and started working with my book again..
So I printed up some more scripture to put around the house. I do this alot.. I have diffrent scripture verses printed and hanging aroud the house. I printed more today about God's Promises to barren women and on freedom from fear!
Here is a list of some of the verses so you can use any you might want.

Well this week........
Well this week has hit my Top 10 list of "if it can go wrong it will go wrong" weeks!
Monday started it off. Well let me back up a bit..... I have been babysitting for a friend from Church who has two of the cutest little girls... Okay, so Monday the girls got here and things were going okay.
I got Megan down for her morning nap and Sarah as usual didn't want to "rest". I use the term rest because if I tell her it is Nap time she freaks out - What a smart cookie-so I say it's time to take a rest! Well time came to pick up Holly Elise from school so I load the little ones in the van and we take off.
I was trying to get something to work on my cell phone and it kept asking me for a PUK code, which means absoultley nothing to me.
Then it locked itself up and wouldn't let me use it!
On the way home from the school , the van started to smell funny. So we were like a quarter of a mile from the house I noticed that it was starting to smoke... as soon as i pulled into the driveway, I turned it off and poped the hood. I jumped out and lifted the hood to find FIRE spitting out at me!
I yelled at Holly to get the girls out of the van and run next door and ask if they had a fire extinguisher*. Of course she didn't, but i had a large bottle of water in the van for baby bottles so i doused the fire and we got the girls in the house.
So that was Monday!
The rest of the week wasn't too bad... Megan has been teething and a total fuss budget! I can totally see how some animal eat their young... No offence or anything ! But I now see how my sister can get pot parteum depression so easily. I think I'm getting it and they aren't even my kids!
hahahah!
Today Both the Girls were crabby! I told Elise that I thought megan had PMS,,, she said no she has BMS(baby mood swings)! I thought that was cute!
Okay so if anyone has any suggestions on how to raise a teenager who is well rounded let me know..... I think I might be screwing this one up!
Well enough rambling....
