My child won't stop screaming and throwing temper tantrums! I'm so tired of hearing her cry and for no good reason!!! UGH sometimes I want to just scream!!!
I feel like I'm the only one who can't tune her out! Apparently everyone in the house can but me! Hubby is watching Bones, Amy is upstairs reading or something and I'm trying to ignore the tantrum so she will stop!

Carter has started with this also. What has worked for us (b/c spanking doesn't seem to bother him at all when I do it) is to remove him from what he wants. Kind of like time out, but only until he calms down. I give him a warning and count to 3. On three he get set down away from toys and me until he calms down. Right now I rarely have to get to 3 before he stops and I can redirect his attention to something else.
