I still can't believe that Holly Elise is 17 today! She is maturing so quickly and she has grown so much since coming to live with us. The thing that I found neat about Elise's birthday being today is that she shares it with my Aunt Margie and My cousin Tyne! Happy Birthday to you All!
I want to tell you a little about how I feel about Miss Elise.
I know that We are just her gaurdians but I have grown so attached to her, I love her as if she were my daughter! I'll tell you another thing, I couldn't ask for a better mother/ daughter relationship. I had asked God for a daughter that I could have an open loving relationship with and He gave me Holly.
Praise God for loving me enough to see the desire of my heart and granting me part of that prayer.
As far as the adoption goes we are still Waiting! I am ready for the phone to ring with the news that we have been matched. It will be a wonderful day!
I have been praying and I feel that our child might be a little 5year old boy who is a loving soul and needs a loving mommy and daddy.
I Thank Jesus that I am going to get the chance to be somebody's mommy!
