Father God in Heaven,
Please in the name of Jesus watch over these people who are stranded with out food and water. Deliever a miracle to them Lord. They need you now more than ever. Even those of them who don't choose to know them. Father only you can move the people of America to help these people! Father I pray for protection for the innocent. Lord there are babies there that are starving to death. Jesus I ask that you will put angels around each and every child and protect them and allow them some bit of comfort. God I know that things happen for a reason and God even though we do not yet know the reason I pray that this terrible disaster will bring us as American's and as humans closer to you. That it will bring us together as a nation and that we would rush to the aid of the vicitms of Katrina.
In the Name of Jesus I pray these things.
